We are committed to taking the security and privacy of our website very seriously. We ask that you read this Privacy Policy (“the policy”), which contains important information about how we will use your data. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wingsrom Flying Quality Products. We are acting as the ‘data controller’, which means we are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal data.

We will obtain personal data such as your name and email address, whenever you complete an online form by which you consent to us holding that personal data for the purposes specified on that form. We may also process the information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services. We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback, participate in competitions and when you email us or contact us by telephone.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us the sell our products and services to you. Your data will be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. 

 

We may disclosure your personal data to:

 

  • Our agents, suppliers and service providers (e.g., maintenance services and software providers, providers of web hosting)

  • Other companies within our group

  • Law enforcement agencies 

  • Our business partners in accordance with Section 8

  • Insurers and/or professional advisors

We will take the appropriate technical and organisational precautions to secure your personal data and prevent loss, misuse or alteration of your data.  For example, we store your personal data on secure servers. 

 

Whist we will use reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal data, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not an entirely secure medium, and we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of the data sent over the internet, either to you or from you. 

 

7. Retention of your data 

 

Personal data that we process for any purpose will not be retained longer than is reasonably necessary. Unless otherwise agreed, we will, at the end of the retention period, securely destroy or delete your personal data from our records. We may retain your personal data, where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.

Wingsrom Flying Quality Products may send you information about products, services and promotions via email, telephone, SMS or postal mail if you have agreed to receive marketing.
